Walking exercises would reduce the cholesterol level in the body. Also, exercise helps in maintaining proper body weight. Discuss with your doctor about the exercise program suitable for your body. Include aerobic exercises in the plan as they strengthen the heart. Swimming is one of the best aerobic exercises suitable for diabetic patients. Exercise for a minimum of 30-45 minutes daily. Regular exercising would yield the most effective results. Wear cotton socks and proper shoes while walking. Follow a healthy diet plan suitable for your workout. Hair-Styling and Hair-Trends
In the world of hair colors, colors once in vogue become oh-so-last-season in the matter of months. So we should be aware of the colors that are latest in the trend now. May be red and purple were a hit, but now these colors are passé and some glossy colors are in. There are certain colors that blend away naturally with our hair and these are the colors much in demand these days. The straight hairs were considered as the classic the previous year, but now bounce and curls are is in. There might be extremes as well at the end of the year with both short and the long hair styles. People prefer having short coiffures with curls and fringes. In winter the soft and the light colors were running high whereas this summer, the colors that are in the lighter shades might work well. Suggesting a few tips, I would say boys can have some funky streaks with certain colors like gold and metallic copper and girls can do an ornate sparkling make-up with bangs in the front. Evening parties can be well done with some messy looks whereas the office goers can apply gel without blowing them dry.
