I have always tried to keep my diet simple. But, it is not that easy as it sounds. It’s pretty tough to follow it regularly. There are innumerable factors that affect health. A lot more depends on the diet, and factors like stress and emotions also play an imperative role at the end of the day. For all those who want to have a healthy diet, I would suggest some green salads. They are always healthy and a little bit of dressing can make them palatable. Never indulge yourself with all soaking creamy dressings. Dressings like vinegar and yogurt would make your salad tasty, and would not sabotage your diet.
