kid's health (Part 1)

Healthy eating habits ensure healthy body condition. Though it is difficult to follow smart eating habits in this juggling busy timetable, incorporating healthy eating habits would definitely lead to better living. In this post, I would like to share the best five healthy eating strategies for kids that should be followed in routine. 1. Nothing is as effective as having meals at regular time. Have meals with your family as it is a soothing ritual for all. Add more vegetables, fruits and grains in your diet while avoiding unhealthy junk foods. Lower your consumption of snacks and oily food. It is much healthier if you could avoid smoking, and drinking alcohol. 2. Serve a variety of healthy food. Younger ones are especially attracted to variety food and hence eat more. However, limit fast food items and fatty snacks.
