What is your career option?
I find it tough to go and do my graduation from college. There are several reasons behind this. Firstly it is tough for me to involve myself completely into the studies as I have to manage for my living expenditures too. Secondly the timings offered are stringent and doesn’t offer me any width for my routine work. Thirdly I personally feel that getting a degree from an institution that is not accredited has got no value. May be it seems appealing right now to do your studies in some non-accredited institution but the aftermath of the studies is what is to be realized. You might question that are these course as good as the ones that are offered by other institutions. Yes, they are. React To The Attack!
Heart attacks are increasing at an alarming rate. The numbers of deaths caused are very high and most of them are caused due to heart attacks. Though there is a great increase in technology and science, we are still lagging behind to find a way out. Is heart attack not curable? That’s the question that every one has. Stress is the major factor causing this deleterious disease. A person, who is not able to control his anger, is quite exposed to the risk of the disease. May be you are suggested with many diet habits and exercises, but a better control over your mental emotions will be the best way to deal them. Depression and repression, these are the major qualities that we need to handle with utmost care. A person who is hostile, sad, angry and stressful is at the verge of getting the illness early in his life. There are several ways to keep you away from stress. Try to involve yourself in something interesting all the time. You can learn a new language that you are interesting in, you can play with pets and children. Be confident in all your tasks and make every task a special and an adventurous one. Apart from these, meditation and strong spiritual beliefs will help you have a better control over your mental health, and will help you to build a characteristic frame of mind to detach yourself away from the stressful living.

A morning walk

We know that sleep, rest and exercise are essential for health. Walking is, in fact, the best form of exercise. So, a regular morning walk is very useful. It provides exercise to the body and freshness to the mind. A morning walk exercises many parts of the body- legs, arms, waist and chest. Fresh air goes into the body and improves the working of the lungs. It increases appetite and regulates digestion. As a result, we feel active as well as fit. A morning walk is refreshing too. The cool morning breeze is very embracing. It recreates the mind and gives new energy to the body for the day’s work. We reach the river-side at about sunrise. It is very pleasant there. A large number of people are there having a walk. The golden rays of the sun lend golden color to the river water. Now, it is time for us to return home. We have a brisk walk back home. We feel quite active and refreshed. Soon we start getting ready for school.

Texting
You can find thousands of teenagers on roads using their mobile phones. They don’t mind about the traffic, but text their friends on the middle of the road. That’s the kind of change that the technology had brought about in today’s life. If text messages help people communicate with each other with ease, then certainly is a good thing to do. But, these days you might see people sending text messages to their parents from one room to the next room asking for their clothes. Is this the change that we were asking for? The mobile phones are deluged with messages, thus raising the average number of text message sent by an individual to increase over two folds when compared to the previous year. Their thumbs hurt, still they continue! It is a phenomenon that is worrying a lot of physicians and other psychiatrists over the globe. Messaging people late nights might disturb their sleep and certainly is not a good thing to do. The amount of pressure that builds up on individuals when they hear the vibrating phones nearby disturbs their normal way of living. The amount of anxiety that is build up to know about our colleagues and peers is quite high and thus leading to rapid increase in texting. Communication is a good thing to attain, but care should be taken that it doesn’t mutilate your thumbs permanently.

Youngsters believe that they can build their body in a day are mistaken. It doesn’t work even if you just want to flaunt your body socially. It doesn’t happen in a single day. Many people stay different in their claim and they feel that wearing some tight t-shirts will help them flaunt their muscles, making many heads to turn towards them. It is very important to know that the weight that you put on is because of the overheating. If you are building muscles just to show off, you ought to be careful about it. Clean diet habit is required. Also one should have a good night’s sleep that will help you gain your serenity and mental balance.

Weekend workouts!
It was two o’clock on a hot Saturday afternoon and I was getting ready for a workout in the neighborhood gym. I was working late night and was looking forward to a party the next day. And the party’s reason was enough for me to work hard in the afternoon to look charming best! The last time I had noticed some people with bulging muscles and a well-toned body at a party, and I thought they they’re regulars to gym. But, later I came to know that there were many people like me who work out on weekends so as to look good at parties. I really make it a point that I put in my extra efforts and work hard on my muscles on Saturdays. That way, it makes me look good and hence keeps me in a buoyant mood.
